Over the coming weeks we'll be sharing with you some video and written workouts that you can do at home using equipment that you have around the house, along with some simple recipes ideas for you to try.

Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, all Sheffield City Trust venues are closed. The health & wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is our absolute priority. We are monitoring the situation closely and will re-open as soon as possible.
We've put your Exercise Referral programme on hold. You don't need to do anything - we'll be in touch when we are able to re-instate our programme.
