Each 20 minute block of the class focuses on a different discipline with 20 minutes of cardio including aerobics and step routines, followed by 20 minutes of strength training and finishing with 20 minutes of toning exercises. 

20 20 20 is guaranteed to get your heart pumping, giving you a full body workout, challenging your core and improving your flexibility.
