Silver Circuits classes are designed for older adults, whether they can only manage a few gentle exercises from a wheelchair or can confidently jog on the spot.
The sessions are 45 minutes in length, and you will use the equipment in a circuit training session format. Our instructors will give you a specified time for each activity plus recovery time, before moving onto the next piece of equipment. The circuit is set out so you do an upper body and lower body exercises.
